Course Cancellation by arenach.com<\/h2>\n

Arena Animation reserves the right to cancel a course due to number of enrolments in a particular batch being low or other circumstances which would make the course non-viable.<\/p>\n

Arena Animation reserves the right to cancel the registration of any student and not refund the Course Fees without giving any prior written notice on any grounds that Arena Chowringhee seems fit to maintain discipline and order in the class room.<\/p>\n

If Arena Animation cancels a course, it will refund the student the entire amount within 3 working days from the date of cancellation of the course. If the payment is made online then refund will be done online to the account from which the payment was made.<\/p>\n

Should circumstances arise that a course is postponed for a particular period of time , then Arena Animation has the right to either issue a full refund or move the student to the same course at the new future date.<\/p>\n

Refund of Online payment will be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation letter received in the account from which the payment was made and in case of cash payment, the cash will have to be collected from the following address :<\/p>\n

Registration Cancellation by Participant<\/h3>\n

Students who have taken admission agree that Arena Chowringhee follows a \u2018No Refund & Cancellation Policy\u2019 at www.arenach.com and that Arena Animation \u2013 Chowringhee is not responsible for refunding the course fees or any amount paid for joining any of the courses in this website. The Admissions Department of Arena Animation \u2013 Chowringhee should be approached in case of any feedback, complaint or suggestions. The Admissions Team will try to solve the issue within 7 working days..<\/p>\n
